厦华电子曾是国产电器名牌，位于湖里大道的厂房承载了改革开放以来民企发展的历史。地段内除了原本两栋厂房以外是空旷、单调的水泥地，仅有三棵大榕树，一览无余。设计通过新增体量的灵活介入，把原有场地分割为形状不一、气质各异的庭院，希望体验者每到一个局部都感受到不一样的情绪，而整体上又通过三棵榕树的重复出现组织成一个完整的故事，达到一种电影蒙太奇的效果。设计中办公、商业的流线有精心的安排，看似复杂的造型也有简洁的方向引导，使中央的建筑群落既让顾客体验发现的乐趣，又是办公人员的放松之地。

Xiahua Electronics was once a famous brand of domestic electrical appliances. The factory building located on Huli Avenue bears the history of private enterprise development since the reform and opening up. In addition to the original two factories, the area is empty and monotonous cement land, with only three big banyan trees at a glance. The design divides the original site into courtyards with different shapes and temperaments through the flexible intervention of new volume. It hopes that the experiencer will feel different emotions in each part, and organize a complete story through the repetition of three banyan trees as a whole to achieve a film montage effect. In the design, the streamline of office and commerce is carefully arranged, and the seemingly complex shape also has a concise direction to guide, so that the central building community is not only a pleasure for customers, but also a place for office workers to relax.
