华美卷烟厂是第一家中美合资企业，生产了“骆驼”、“金桥”等名牌香烟，作为厦门海西文创片区的打头项目，它的改造具有非凡意义。在大开大合，严谨规整的规划格局下，我们精心设计了多处空间的、视觉的亮点，使园区具有多重的视觉焦点和空间层次，大气与细致并存。为园区保存昔日的辉煌历史也是改造中的挑战，朴素，有质感的材料和传统工艺被挑选出来，应用在新旧对比中。我们还设计了厦门最大的专业级秀场，可做时尚发布会、路演、展览、宴会等多功能使用，以及一栋结合垂直机械停车和多层平台花园的高层办公楼。华美空间改造完成后，得到各级领导的表扬肯定，吸引了众多文创、时尚、艺术企业和商户入驻，发挥了强大的影响力，现已成为厦门文创园的标杆之作。

Huamei Cigarette Factory is the first Sino-US joint venture to produce famous brand cigarettes such as “Camel” and “Jinqiao”. As a leading project in Xiamen Haixi Wenchuang District, its transformation has extraordinary significance. Under the plan of opening and closing, strict and regular planning, we have carefully designed a number of spatial and visual highlights, so that the park has multiple visual focus and spatial levels, and the atmosphere and meticulous coexistence. Preserving the glorious history of the past is also a challenge in the transformation. Simple, textured materials and traditional crafts are selected and applied in the old and new contrasts. We have also designed Xiamen's largest professional-level show, which can be used for fashion presentations, road shows, exhibitions, banquets, etc., as well as a high-rise office building that combines vertical mechanical parking with a multi-level platform garden. After the completion of the transformation of the Huamei Space, it was recognized by the leaders at all levels, which attracted many cultural, creative, art, and merchants to settle in and exerted a powerful influence. It has become the benchmark for Xiamen Cultural and Creative Park.
