羊城晚报是广州传媒文化的一个标杆，也是广州市民记忆的一部分。位于东风路的羊晚集团总部区位优越，但限于空间局促和配套短缺，难以物尽其用。在同创地产的委托下，我们对集团建筑群进行了大胆而务实的改造，包括立面形象的重新设计，场地环境的综合改善，不同流线的重新规划，封闭角落的充分利用等。设计在局促的场地内成功的组织了办公、商业、展览等不同流线，各得其所又互相联系，呈现出一体的面貌；并创造性地在高密度改造项目中解决了集中停车问题，以及景观空间问题，这一切都是在严格的工程质量控制和造价控下完成的。通过报业博物馆、景观历史长廊、保留机械装置等手段，羊晚的历史也得以保存下来。羊城同创汇现已是广州互联网办公社区、众创办公园区的翘楚。

The Yangcheng Evening News is a benchmark for Guangzhou's media culture and a part of Guangzhou's memory. The headquarters of Yangyang Group, located in Dongfeng Road, has a superior location, but it is limited by space shortage and shortage of facilities, and it is difficult to make the best use of it. Under the commission of Tongchuang Real Estate, we carried out bold and pragmatic transformation of the group's architectural complex, including the redesign of the facade image, the comprehensive improvement of the site environment, the re-planning of different streamlines, and the full utilization of closed corners. The design successfully organized different flow lines of office, commerce, exhibition and so on in the cramped venue, each of which has its own connection and presented a unified appearance; and creatively solved the problem of centralized parking and the problem of landscape space in the high-density renovation project. This is all done under strict engineering quality control and cost control. Through the newspaper museum, the landscape history corridor, and the preservation of mechanical devices, the history of the sheep night was preserved. Yangcheng Tongchuanghui is now the leader of the Guangzhou Internet Office Community and the Park Area.
