对于一般项目而言,一个尺度合适的社区花园是城市中生活的居民所渴望的。住宅设计的普遍做法是将周边设计成一个绿化景观的区域,在越秀可逸新势力这个项目里,设计师将住宅周边区域改造为”小镇与院落“来代替社区花园,构成购物体验良好的商业空间。通过两者结合,创造一个低密度商业 + 绿化屋顶 + 富有层次绿化的复合环境,打造一个兼具花园与体验式商业空间的“城市客厅”。 通过连续而富于变化的院落与建筑关系,丰富多样的业态,适宜的街道尺度以及露台所展示的休闲氛围,营造舒适的体验。
For a general project, a well-scaled community garden is desired by residents living in the city. The common practice of residential design is to design the surrounding area as a green landscape area. In the project of Yuexiu Keyi New Force, the designer transformed the surrounding area of the residence into a "town and courtyard" instead of the community garden, forming a good shopping experience Commercial space. Through the combination of the two, a low-density commercial + green roof + rich greenery complex environment is created to create a "urban living room" with both garden and experiential commercial space. Through the continuous and changing relationship between the courtyard and the building, rich and diverse business styles, suitable street scales and the casual atmosphere displayed on the terrace, create a comfortable experience.
